It really depends on the weather. If you run every multiple times a week, you can count on some of those runs, throughout the summer, being preluded or book ended by a rain storm. Sometimes you end up running in rain. All of these make for a run that isn't so hot. In southern Louisiana, any kind of miss timed run and you are out there melting. Even after the sun is down you can still feel the heat radiating off the streets. But it is these night runs that lend a little meaning to my life sometimes. Halfway out you lose some sense of self, if you are lucky, and you just focus on the run. Or the walk...as sometimes is the case, depending on whats going on in any given run. I have nothing more to say at this time, I just wanted to start the new thing. <br>
This new Blonde Redhead is extremely promising to me right now though, as I sit in my office, with the rain absolutely pounding. A small pond has formed next to my house, engulfing my little shed. Fuck, i just realized all kinds of small engines are in there probably flooded. I need to do something in there about drainage. <br>
